Keynote Speeches

Bob Crow

The Edge

You’ve gone to the meetings.
You’ve attended the seminars.
You’ve read the positive books.
You’ve listened to the speakers.
You’ve bought the programs that promised success.
The bathroom mirror is adorned with positive affirmations.

So why hasn’t your performance improved?
And why hasn’t your income ballooned?

It’s because you need to make behavioral change and you tried to make this change in your conscious mind. That can’t be done. Behavioral change must be made in the subconscious mind. And hypnosis is the bridge to the subconscious mind. Isn’t it time to make the change that will change your life? Isn’t it about time, after all this time, you finally got The Edge? Isn’t it’s time to invite Bob into your organization to present a keynote speech and seminar like no other you have ever attended! It’s time isn’t it?

Change Your Behavior,
Change Your Life!

Wherever one finds themselves today is because of their behavior. And, yesterday’s behavior is a direct reflection of yesterday’s thinking. No amount of positive affirmations can cause a change in our behavior. You’ve tried that for years! We have two minds—the conscious or thinking mind and the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind houses our personality, moods, habits, memory, emotions, creativity and our imagination. Behavior can only be changed in the subconscious mind when we reprogram our cognitive maps by envisioning the changes in the subconscious we want to make. Hypnosis is the bridge to the subconscious mind. It reaches the subconscious through the frontal cortex.

In 1899 physicist Charles Duell, head of the U.S. Patent office resigned with these words “Everything that can be invented has been invented.” In 1920, Nobel Prize Winner in Physics Robert Milliken stated, “There is no likelihood that man can ever tap the power of the atom.” In 1929 Jack Warner of Warner Brothers asked “Who would want to hear actors talk?” In 1914 Wilbur Wright declared, “It’s mathematically impossible to build an aircraft capable of carrying more than two people.” These were brilliant men. But as visionary as they were… they had blind spots. And the bad thing about blind spots is you don’t think you have them.

What blind spots do you have? Are you and your organization looking through and past your blind spots and seeing all of the possibilities that so far have been hidden from your vision?

but not burned out!

If a person states they are burned out, they’re speaking in the past tense and have already given up. Bob shows the difference in being burned out and just being scorched… but still able to win!
